Summary: You can cancel your retainer with 30 days' written notice. No cancellation fees apply after the minimum contract period.
All retainer engagements with Metricores have a minimum contract period of 3 months. This minimum period is necessary to allow sufficient time to build campaign momentum, test strategies, and deliver meaningful results. Early cancellation within the minimum period is subject to the terms outlined below.
After the minimum 3-month period, either party may cancel the engagement by providing 30 days' written notice via email to Getconnect@metriccores.site. During the 30-day notice period, we will continue to deliver all agreed services and you will be invoiced for that period.
If you choose to cancel within the minimum 3-month contract period, the following applies:
We reserve the right to cancel the engagement with immediate effect if: the Client fails to pay invoices within 30 days of the due date; the Client engages in illegal or unethical activities; the Client provides false information; or the Client's conduct makes it impossible to deliver the agreed services.

If you need to temporarily pause services (e.g., due to business seasonality), we offer a pause option of up to 60 days per year at a reduced retainer of 25% of the monthly fee to retain your account and strategy. Please discuss this with your account manager.
To initiate cancellation, send a written notice to Getconnect@metriccores.site with your company name, service agreement reference, and intended cancellation date. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
