At Metricores, we are committed to delivering measurable value. We take our work seriously and stand behind the quality of our services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be considered.
Monthly retainer fees are invoiced in advance and cover the cost of strategy, management, and reporting services. Given the nature of digital marketing โ where work begins immediately upon engagement โ retainer fees are generally non-refundable once the service period has commenced.
For new clients in their first month of engagement, if you are dissatisfied with the quality of our onboarding, strategy, or initial deliverables, you may request a formal review within 7 calendar days of receiving your first deliverable. We will review your concerns and, at our discretion, offer a partial credit or refund of up to 50% of the first month's retainer fee.
Ad spend paid directly to Google, Meta, LinkedIn, or other advertising platforms is non-refundable. These payments are made directly to the platform and are governed by the respective platform's refund policies. Metricores has no control over ad spend once it has been committed to a platform.
For one-time project engagements (e.g., website audits, content creation, strategy documents), refunds are not available once the deliverable has been submitted and accepted. If a deliverable does not meet the agreed specifications, we will revise it at no additional cost.
